Shay Mitchell

Shay Mitchell has been a Canadian actor, model and entrepreneur for over ten years. She is best known as Emily Fields from the Freeform TV show Pretty Little Liars. Shay Lo was the name assigned to a Jennifer Lopez Mitchell admirer by her pals. As a young girl, her love for performing arts grew. She confided to her parents that she would like to earn a living from performing arts. She wanted to take the acting class in Toronto after achieving great results in modeling and dance. Mitchell made a few guest appearances in TV shows as well as commercials prior to getting the break of her life. Her role was in Pretty Little Liars as Emily Fields. Both critics and her fans were impressed with her performance. The Possession of Hannah Grace and Mother's Day were among her debut big screen films. Her part in the psychological thriller You It earned her greater attention. Shay Mitchell, in addition to her acting career, has also ventured into the realm of writing. She co-authored a novel for adults called Bliss along with Michaela Blaney.
